@JagexSupport I don't understand how I can be hacked with an authenticator on bank pins and all the proper measures I'm finding it hard to continue to want to play and halfto rebuild from scratch when my account is 20 years old.

@JagexSupport hi I've been a long time player of atleast 20 years. I took a break and was getting back into the game to find out I was hacked with authenticator set and bank pins. It's really sad all the money I spent on the game over the years and time played. I can't get help.
