@IKEABulgaria ordered goods on 26 Sept for home delivery. Told 2-3 days. Rang to chase on 31st Sept as goods showed delivered on tracking, given courier number by CS, Rang courier no joy. Rang CS again on 4th Oct told will call back. Still no goods delivered and no call back.

@hotelscomhelp 2 Bookings in 24 hours! BOTH CANCELLED. 1 hotel would not honour the price, the other was fully booked. Hours on the phone, bad customer service. No agent allowing to connect to a supervisor.

@hotelscomhelp Third booking in 5 days cancelled. Booking: 9204280877729. States that we changed our plans and cancelled. This is not correct. The owner once again cancelled based on advertising an incorrect price and refused to honour. They then say we cancelled. That’s a lie.
