The @DHSCgovuk has consistently been reducing the funding that your local pharmacy gets over the last few years. Currently this has been reduced in excess of 25%, and is approaching 35%
@thesculptress All GP practices are private businesses for profit and always have been since the inception of the NHS. They hold NHS contracts to provide work on behalf of the NHS.
@CandDBeth @ChemistDruggist I'll happily take the flack if it keeps my patients and staff safe. We have extremely vulnerable patients and two members or staff who shielded that we need to protect. People just need some common decency.
@DonnaDlm71@ThisisDavina It's because there are two sorts of patches so it counts as two prescription items. Once you're settled on the right treatment, ask your GP to issue you more in one go. It's common for three or even six months to he given at a time.
