@viralvideos @elonmusk You're leaving out 2007: Changed constitution to kill Democratic freedoms. It's not the policies, or which way they lean, it's the lack of free press, free elections you need to be wary of. Trump is a boderline or actual fascist, and that's just as dangerous as a socialist.

12) One more thing...we won't see a housing crash in the Northeast and Midwest.

Home building there is at very low levels. As is speculative inventory activity.

Prices in these regions are also less overvalued. And inventory is much lower.

Perhaps there's a housing correction eventually in Northeast/Midwest. But for now - these markets are holding strong.

But the real issue here is elected reps should be held to a higher standard. This is a willful disregard for the law for years, and you can't be in a position of power with that mindset.
