@BenGrahamUK Private equity purchased NCP with loans & put the debt onto the company. They took money out of the company through dividend payments.
The loan repayments are unaffordable so the company has gone into administration to restructure the debt.
The underlying business is profitable.
@KieranMaguire I'm sure if there was a European Super League of 32 clubs and no other professional teams then the owners of those 32 teams would also agree to limit a major expenditure.
@khalnero It isn't a loan, it is a graduate tax of 9% for 30 years that lets the children of rich parents & those that will earn substantial amounts straight out of University avoid/minimise.

I thought that was lucky as you know Heckingbottom would've gone to two banks of 5 for the rest of the game, but once we went ahead they never looked like getting back into it.
