🚨 BREAKING: The judge in the Charlie Kirk murder case has ruled there IS enough probable cause to bring Tyler Robinson to trial

Judge Graf made clear the evidence is OVERWHELMING, saying it supports a "reasonable belief that the defendant is the individual who shot and killed Charlie Kirk"

JUDGE GRAF: "Defendant's DNA was identified as a MAJOR contributor on multiple key components of the firearm, including the stock, grips, butt plate, the trigger and trigger guard."

"This physical evidence is corroborated by the tool mark analysis, which matches the engraving cutter recovered from the defendant's residence to the cartridge causing casing and live ammunition found within the Mauser rifle."

"Furthermore, the FBI DNA analysis places defendant's DNA on a screwdriver recovered at the crime scene with a likelihood ratio exceeding 30 QUINTILLION."

The judge also said the video evidence of Robinson's vehicle, his text messages to his boyfriend, and other surveillance send this FAR beyond probable cause.

The ruling on this case eventually comes down to the Supreme Court to make a decision. So the Supreme Court will eventually rule if/how/when to expand the Supreme Court. If it needed to happen, it should have nothing to do with partisanship.

Mental hospital. Declared better. Released.
Husband stayed. They had three more kids.
She drowned those three too.

Same house. Same bathtub. Same excuse. Six dead children because a system treated a child killer like a patient who just needed time.

That is the whole argument. Not “was she sad.” Not “did she hear voices.” What happens after you let them out, and who pays for it the second time.

Lindsay Clancy strangled her three kids. People are already writing her a sympathy card and calling prison cruel. Cruel is three little bodies. Cruel is doing it once and getting a path back to freedom. Cruel is pretending history didn’t already run this experiment and lose six kids.

Mental illness can explain how someone gets there. It does not give you a free murder. It does not entitle you to more children. And it does not require the rest of us to wait around and see if the next round dies too.

If you kill your kids, you don’t get to be a mother again. You don’t get a soft landing and a second family. Life without parole. Lock the door. Stop experimenting on other people’s children and making excuses.

Convict her. Convict those who harm children. Period.
