@AdamMGrant Absolutely true. It's important to note that Intelligent group formation can impact learning as well. For example, there's evidence that heterogeneous groups based on proficiency can drive greater learning gains than homogeneous.

@staralixstar42 @arasbeth27 Y'all got the pronunciation right: it's news-ELLA. That's what we called it from Day 1. But here's a little-known fact: while the product name was Newsela, the original company name was Whipsmart Learning. Newsela got popular quickly so we changed the company name.
