Someone has put up this ugly monstrosity right above two road lanes on the recently completed Nemakonde Way, just after the intersection with Harare Drive.

This is an accident waiting to happen!!

The billboard structure is bolted onto a concrete base sunk into the storm water drain, blocking the drain.

Besides the fact that it’s ugly, it straddles the two lanes on a highway used by abnormal load haulage trucks to and from Zambia

Do we not have safety & aesthetics standards around the city @JMafume @MinistryofTID @MhonaFelix ?
