@nxcare I was supposed to be travelling with you 22nd May from Chepstow to London at 09.05am and the service never arrived so I was forced to get a train to London so I didn't miss work. I need to be reimbursed for my ticket and refunded since you left us stranded.
@FlyingBrussels I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN REFUNDED... WHERE IS IT?!?! THIS IS NOW 5+ MONTHS LATER...stop sending me a link to contact your customer relations team which leads nowhere. this is getting ridiculous!
@FlyingBrussels why am I being asked if I'm still flying when you cancelled part of my journey and I requested a refund a month ago! when are you going to refund my flight?!
@FlyingBrussels your website just keeps showing an error message when I try to process my refund (for a flight you cancelled). Also I cannot get hold of you via phone as it says we are not available due to high demand, online chat and Facebook also nothing. this is ridiculous!
