@British_Airways Your guys (sorry, my teddy) sent me a couple of letters telling me about the great time he was having along with some flight crew finger puppets whilst he was finding his way back to me.
Left my teddy on an @British_Airways flight when I was 6, they tracked him down in Honolulu & returned him for me wearing a flower garland with updates & little gifts. In contrast, my other half left her kindle on a @FlySWISS flight & they want £100 to return it #customerservice
@ladyjaney75@pip_says@FlySWISS Thanks Jane, just so annoying something like this isn’t done at cost but instead seen as another opportunity to extract more money out of the consumer, they’d even charge you £25 to pick it up from them at Zurich airport, madness
@anna_tims my friend @pip_says suggested this may be of interest to you. It seems @FlySWISS have decided to replace customer service with an automated “how can we make more money out of your misfortune” system 🙈
@RishiSunak I earn a living from parties, during the pandemic, parties were made ILLEGAL (I agree with that decision), as chancellor you chose to give no help to people in my position, you then ILLEGALLY attended a party, how dare you put yourself forward to be my prime minister
@pip_says@MagicMattShow I did say “but that’s how word of mouth usually works at all the gigs I do and get paid my fee for, it’s kind of how word of mouth works love” she didn’t book 😂😂😂
Just read @pip_says newsletter about the release of the new Bond movie (finally) It’s got me really excited, tickets already booked for the 30th at @IMAX I really want to do the Bond tour of London now. Anyhoo, read her amazing article for The Mirror here: https://t.co/n4NP1SYjwu
