@OpenChiswickW4 Again, well observed. In Haringey anti LTN demonstration(s) were very poorly attended & placards that appeared mixed faux libertarian 'Together', anti vax and climate change deniers. Sadiq Khan spotted it correctly at the time. If you're anti LTN, look across your front line. 🤢

The point being you can’t complain democracy has been subverted because an illegal manifesto pledge isn’t happening. Plus LTNs were funded by democratically elected politicians.

@JohnJohnStewart LTN funding from TfL/DfT, implementing policy of democratically elected politicians. @ local govt level if councils reverse investment over short timescale without considering GLA/national policy, it makes no sense. Would be a license for corrupt populists to waste public funds.
