St John’s signing Djordije Jovanovic is gonna have to step up with the injury to Donnie Freeman.

Jovanovic displays a unique offensive skill set where he works fluently off the ball and is able to find the open space for his shots.

Djordije’s minutes helped Montenegro will past Romania on Sunday and will be used in the same role at SJU. The depth will be just fine. #SJUBB

Donnie Freeman had successful Achilles tendon surgery performed by Dr Martin O'Malley. Donnie had a non contact injury in a workout and will miss the season. Donnie is an awesome young man, we will get him back better than ever!
