Got a @tuyasmart T7S robot vacuum for my birthday (Oct). It worked well, then in Dec there was an app update and the T7S stopped connecting to my phone. I reached out to Tuya tech support. I worked with them for a week via email, then they stopped responding. Still waiting. 👎👎
