@AlcroftMichelle @RoyalCaribbean Not just me then, fantastic service on the ships thoroughly let down by appalling service on land. I’ve been trying to sort several problems, spoken to Miami, Guatemala City, Manilla and still not sorted. My loyalty to Royal is fading fast.
