@pandocruises I just wondered why all the ports on Britannias 10th anniversary cruise are all tender ports we wanted to do this cruise as Britannia is our favourite ship but as one of us is a wheelchair user it means we will just be stuck on the ship for two weeks

@pandocruises @PaulLudlowUK v angry with p&o pre registered for a cruise this morning took almost £900 deposit for an accessible mini suite only to get a phone call half an hour later to say the cabin can’t be reserved for pre registration but can if not accessible discrimination

@RoyalCaribbean just wondered if you all work on a parallel universe where an hour for us is like a day to you and that is the reason no one replies to emails in 72 hours or despite you saying on Tuesday I would be called in 48 hours I’m still waiting

@RoyalCaribbean does anyone actually read emails sent to your offices trying to sort a problem can’t get through on the phone every email sent get told someone will reply in 72 hours 3 weeks and 5 emails later still nothing first and last cruise booked if this is your service
