Hey @NatWest_Help why, after 3 months, is my daughter still having issues resolving a fraud case? Still getting locked out of her accounts and getting loan repayment demands for loans she didn’t take out. Appalling from your fraud department and no way of contacting them directly

@TheCoopLive I kid you not , the lady who served me my beers could not even separate the plastic pint pots from the stack - completely not her fault, she just hadn’t been shown how , she was so embarrassed and I felt sorry for her , CO-op live you should be ashamed

- it’ll take over half an hour to get in if you are standing, for no reason whatsoever. Absolute joke
- the bar staff have literally no idea what they are doing , not their fault, who ever manages the bars you need to sort things out.
