Book 6, 2023: 'Invested' by Charles Schwab. A fantastic read from the founder of the discount brokerage and bank carrying his name. It details his path and business journey in just the right amount. It did however, miss some of the detail about family life.

Book 5, 2023: 'Made in America' by Sam Walton. The autobiography of the founder of Walmart. You certainly get some great insights into his mentality and what single mindedness is required to build a business of this size.

Book 4, 2023: 'I Love Capitalism' by Ken Langone. It's a strange title but an excellent memoir from the founder of Home Depot. From humble beginnings he built an incredible empire and has been very generous along the way.

Book 3, 2023: 'Atomic Habits' by James Clear. Very clear and easy to implements takeaways, provided in a simple format. Its already made a difference for me in setting up each day.

Book 2, 2023: ‘That will never work’ by @marcrandolph. Great read by the founder of Netflix about the journey to IPO of a internet start up during the .com boom and bust. Inspiring journey and fantastic insights.

Book 1, 2023. Liar’s Poker by Michael Lewis. I’ve read a couple of other titles by this author but this is his original personal story of being a Wall Street Banker during the height of the bond boom in the 80’s. It is a great read although heavy in detail at times. #BookReview
