@RevolutApp You've been experiencing an issue with it for months... It takes 7 weeks to get hold of an agent 😂

@cuiser1989 @CoricusCSGO I was going to but didn't. No mafioso! 😔

[matt Casey @mattimius]

@Er0wine @RevolutApp @savechildrenuk I did yes. Took 3 days to get it returned after it was closed.

[matt Casey @mattimius]

@CoricusCSGO Amazing! I've been on at least half of them and the balance look healthy ❤️ I think had 4 losers and 19 wins. Cloud 9 win at the weekend was great me

[matt Casey @mattimius]

@jay14509552 Was it transfered to an account or back to a debit card?

[matt Casey @mattimius]

@RevolutApp hi guys! My account has been closed and I was told that the funds were transferred back to the account that sent them but I've not received anything. Revolut use faster payments so I assume it should have been instant as the message said they were "returned"

[matt Casey @mattimius]

@RevolutApp Super. Just replied. Hopefully this is sorted quick as the account was on hold for 4 months so I've already been without that money for a long time. They've said it has been returned so I'm just worried that it might take that long again...

[matt Casey @mattimius]

Here is the screenshot. I noticed it says returned and not returning. Past tense meaning that the transaction has been processed. Can you confirm this please?

[matt Casey @mattimius]

Apologies I have had a reply and the account is being closed. When will the funds in the account be returned?

[matt Casey @mattimius]

@RevolutApp hi guys, me again. I think this is maybe thr 7th time I've had to ask. I still haven't received an update regarding my account. You told me a couple of days ago that they were working on my account "at the minute" and will be in touch. Still not heard anything...

[matt Casey @mattimius]

@RevolutApp hi again guys. I've still not had any update etc on the app and still just getting the same auto response. You said yesterday that they were working on my account at that time and going to contact me but nothing...
