Let me intro myself - no degree - first sales job $11hr call center.
- last 5 years: grew $10m in fintech rev, $8m in LMS, grew an agency to $125k/mo, sold
- last 5 months closed $104k + 500k pipeline for a seed co
Now I’m in SF from Alabama after a company relo’d me here.
If your employees are 10xing usage and effective this is why you should fire IT and HR for making this really stupid decision.
It’s a meritocracy for AI usage. Shouldn’t be fair because then you’ll lose
Accenture has told employees it will only fund 100 rows of excel per month. Meaning that employees who often use as many as 1,000 rows are scrambling to find ways to keep access.
Tbh many people shouldn’t get any AI tool if it’s a budget decision.
20 people at $30/mo that don’t even log in or use $2 worth of AI chat is bullshit.
Box out the lazy do nothings. Disproportionately award usage to achievers.
so far this past 2 batches of yc founders have
1. tried to enter my apartment by following me and making small talk at 11pm
2. hit me with a car outside of my house
3. doxxed my gf's tiktok
4. tried to talk to me while i was at the bottom of a squat
5. grabbed my arm before getting into an uber to pitch me their startup
please guys be normal

Lovable is a scam.
So is Replit, Base44, Framer, and all AI website builders.
These are for low IQ people who don’t know how to use AI and fall for SaaS marketing gimmicks.
You are paying a premium for less usage, shittier models, shittier websites, and hand cuffing yourself to a SaaS ecosystem you don’t control.
A $100/month Claude Max plan (or ChatGPT Pro) is a better solution BY FAR
saw a linkedin post on paying taxes for a premium office area in the UK while having crack dealers next to kids by your doors.
the responses were to get a sprinkler system installed.
you guys are cooked bro.
I knew a guy about a year ago, a roommate of a friend in San Francisco
He'd apply to these executive AI roles even though he was 23 years old. Didn't even look much younger.
He'd tailor his resume exactly to the job description, and totally fabricate his experience in the interview.
That man was a master bullshit artist. Truly elite, never seen anything like it since.
Last I checked LinkedIn he landed Head of AI Transformation gig at an a16z company, pulling $280k/year
His entire transformation program was a Claude subscription, some generic .md files and a slide deck about becoming "AI-first company."
And he'd casually drop "MoE," "test-time compute" and "harness moat" into conversations.
Active on linkedIn, always at conferences, partying with execs and telling them to become an "AI-first company."
Just looked him up on LinkedIn. He's now the CEO of an a16z-backed startup building an "autonomous workforce."
That guy didn't even know how to run local models, and his AI alignment strategy was writing NEVER HALLUCINATE .md files.
Many such cases.
GTM tech is really fun, but you're going to constantly be competing with a variety of loser vaporware until the end of time.
buyer perception is that everything is the same and should take no effort on their part
BREAKING: The OpenAI employee who was arrested and charged with using a hidden recording device in one their San Francisco offices had a one-way ticket to Saudi Arabia booked for October 12.
its really easy to tell, usually they're humping micro stats like email sends and positive replies but can't fundamentally compare smb/mm/ent/strat sales processes depending on biz model for the company doing it
9/10 people who claim they are “GTM Engineers”
Have never been in charge of an entire organizations qualified pipeline number
And it shows
Should change their title to:
GTM Token Maxxers or GTM Larpers
Would better describe what they are doing everyday
