@HendrickD82 Diarra case was based on principle of free movement of workers in the EU, which is irrelevant here (Brexit). FIFA rules also do not override English law- NFC could bring an action for inducement to breach and seek big compensation. FIFA sanctions on top. No-one wants that mess.

@NoLayingUp There are various different mechanisms of establishing "control" of decision-making in a structure. E.g. the board (regardless of its makeup) may for some decisions need the approval of e.g. a "keystone investor." At this time, it's all conjecture and no-one really has any idea.

More recent surveillance reports than the above (which is from Sept 21) also show that case rate is higher in vaccinated population.

@JamesMelville It needs to be one step further. Before proceeding with any conflict transaction, they should be required to declare their conflict to an independent board, who must approve the transaction before it can proceed. Failure to do so should carry a custodial sentence.
