@RSPCA_official I called last night at 5pm about a neglected dog who is left outside with no shelter all year round. It’s barking all throughout the night as it’s freezing cold. I was told that you could do nothing because I couldn’t see the dog right there and then (it was dark)

I was told to file a noise complaint, I couldn’t give less of a fuck about the barking (that’s what dogs do). I care about its wellbeing (clearly more than you do). Do something about it or myself and my neighbours will take matters into our own hands and prove your incompetence!

What are you going to do about it? The person that I spoke to was completely useless and had no compassion for this animal whatsoever. He was robotic with generic responses and has no place working for the RSPCA
