@JaneyGodley A small thing for you, but big for me, was chatting to you in the Groucho in 2010 - where Heston, yourself and I had a debate on the best way to make a toastie! You’re absolutely phenomenal ❤️
@TLRailUK The 20:35 from London Bridge to Brighton. The disabled toilet was made available after the Gatwick Airport stop with the floor flooded and the toilet overflowing. The “not in use” sign was put back on. No other toilet was open. They had all been put “out of service”
@TLRailUK please maintain a service where at least 1 of your toilet facilities are open. This seems to be a common occurrence. I ask for 2 things:
1) run on time
2) have a toilet that works
13 years ago, this week, I had a glass smashed into my face as an unprovoked attack whilst I was at work. I stand by Matthew Syron. Ban glass in bars. #matthewsyron
'All I kept saying was, Mum I'm never going to see the kids again.'
Matthew Syron was at a bar when Gareth Dean, who had 10 previous convictions, smashed a glass into his face in a completely unprovoked attack.
He was left partially sighted after the attack & has been unable to return to his family in Australia because of ongoing medical treatment.
Matthew is now campaigning for a change in the law to ban the use of glass in nightclubs late at night.
