DeGette has used her super-delegate status for decades to back opponents of progressive politicians (Obama and Bernie) during presidential primaries when her district overwhelmingly favored them. She’s rarely out in front on progressive issues. Denver has long deserved better.

I grew up in Diana DeGette's district. Maybe she'll get booted on Tuesday. But I would note that she's been a pretty standard progressive for about as long as I've followed her career. Longtime supporter of Medicare for all, member of the progressive caucus, etc. She is not as far left on Israel, but also doesn't want to sell offensive weapons.

If she loses, I think it's more in the @daveweigel theory that voters are just pissed at establishment.
