This is gross. Utterly gross. It’s possible that the full, unedited answer might offer some mitigation but Braverman’s defence of using Nazi vocabulary to talk about refugees, in response to a Holocaust survivor, is just horrific.
So nearly 2 months after surgery University Hospital Wales randomly "finds" my bespoke 4k wheelchair, in a cupbourd with the photocopiers on a ward I wasn't in. Clearly cant tell between a hospital chairs and a 5kg piece of carbon fibre and didn't care I was without a chair #uhw
@joelycett Generally on your side Joe, but isn't this a civil rights thing not a money thing and was that any diferent in 2015? Feel you've missed your own point (or I did).

@JolyonMaugham This is the war that they want to fight, together with attacks on immigration, in order to avoid scrutiny of the consequences of Brexit, huge mistakes over Covid (including vast waste on PPE), and the sleazy squabble being fought at the top of the Conservative Party.
The brutal reality of Brexit is convincing people who were led astray by the lies of Brexiteers.

@aNorthernGarden@MouseHunter99@JuliaHB1 One weather occuramce doesn't mean much no, one hot summer is utterly irrelevant. 4 in 10 years though, as part of a far bigger picture, then it's clear to me that something, even something short term, bit something influenced by humans is happening.
