I phoned @virginmedia a few times to try and negotiate a new broadband deal. Deals were way too high! Got a different provider installed and working. Called to say I’m leaving, offered me a good deal.

@Stephen_Neal Anything would be better than the likes of @virginmedia who keep creeping up their prices so elderly people end up paying a huge amount each month. There seems to be no #safeguarding by the likes of @0fcom for people who are not tech savvy.

I’m leaving #virginmedia as my renewal is so expensive compared to #newcustomers. Not even in the ball park.

@virginmedia very disappointed with the direction of my Broadband bill it keeps going up. Huge disparity between existing customers of 10+ and new customers.

This is how all live TV works and has worked for years for SDR. Now with HDR it’s the same aside for a few different options/workflows depending on broadcaster.
