@RandoxOfficial @RandoxHealth any chance of anyone ever refunding my pre Christmas purchases that went unused because of France closing their borders? Or do I just wait for a new pandemic to take grip, only £500 out of pocket🤦🏻‍♂️

@RandoxOfficial @RandoxHealth my refund request went in the 16th December and still after telephone contact 20th Jan I have had no contact from yourselves. £500 worth of unused tests need to be returned, I’m thinking of opening a dispute with my credit card, see if this helps
