@PLDT_Cares Why would you team be trying to make things hard in the DM? You don’t schedule installs until payment has been made, why ask for proof of payment now that you’re acknowledging you haven’t provided the service we entered into an agreement on.

@PLDT_Cares Yes, great idea. Keep suggesting I move to avenue where you’ve had multiple changes to resolve. You need to upgrade the auto responses in the CX software. Hopefully @GlobeTelecomPH use a different system.

@PLDT_Cares If you really wanted to fix it why would you be asking for 24-48 hrs to get back to me in the DM. You’d be offering to have someone on the doorstep first thing in the morning.

@PLDT_Cares You’ve been sent numerous messages today and no one has had the courtesy to provide answers. Can you let me know how you process refunds? Hopefully anyone reading this chooses @enjoyGLOBE the first time.

@PLDT_Cares We’ve been on the DM all day. Install booked for between 8am and 5pm today, messaging since then. No one has turned up and you still won’t answer via dm. Better of airing in public to warn other @PLDT_Cares doesn’t care.
