@KarstenStryger This is a great point I haven’t considered as much. I think my first enterprise sales probably saw me trying to come off as “polished”, knew I wasn’t, but liked us enough anyway to keep going lol.

Also “hypothesis” really is the key word— it implies conviction/intentionality, but not arrogance.
