@MarinerMuse This is one mentally soft group. They seem to be okay with mediocrity. I personally wouldn't hate them trading from their core now. Something has to change with this group.

It's unpopular, but it might be time to move some of the core guys. They look extremely soft and comfortable with complacency right now.
