The rule "This funding is not meant to support development or operational costs." was removed for the LTIPP to allow protocols more freedom and encourage innovation compared to STIP incentives

Super excited for the RARI Delegation Incentive program I authored with the delegation incentives working group!

There are 35,800 RARI being used as incentives for delegates and delegators in hopes of increasing delegation by 100k RARI

We're excited to promote greater delegation of veRARI by introducing an incentives program at Rari DAO.

Proposal Details:
🔹 Objective: Boost $RARI delegation & veRARI votes per proposal

📅 Timeline: November 21st - December 15th, 2023

@MaximeServais77 @StableLab Yes the missions are supposed to conclude by the end of the season and all missions will be assessed for retroactive rewards at the end of the season. Missions with an impact that exceeds their baseline grant can receive RetroPGF
