This is a turning point week for @CowboyFB , you have a pissed off Iowa State team and a wounded Cowboy team trying to find an identity . @kentward A lot of the money was targeted to increased incentives for low income families. Most EV adoption is among high income earners and most EV infrastructure is installed in high income areas.

@kentward Think it would have passed if they targeted a 5 million income level. 2 million isn’t getting you an extravagant life in most of CA. But with that said I voted against it
