i don't think people realize what just happened...

20-200x faster. 40-400x cheaper. output tokens free forever.

the man who co-invented ChatGPT just dropped a new kind of AI called Jev and the twist is it can't write a word, it only makes decisions.

he's calling it the shortest path to an AI-driven economy, this might be the most underrated launch of the year.

@peter_szilagyi @LefterisJP Don't you think open models will catch-up in <1year

[Matt @Mattw3b]

@DrJ_surgeon @venkmurthy @benryanwriter @anish_koka Interesting. Can you please elaborate on these pathways

[GrapheneOS @GrapheneOS]

Unfortunately, @RevolutApp has banned GrapheneOS users from logging into the app because of an incorrectly implemented device integrity check based on the anti-competitive Play Integrity API. Our users need to put pressure on apps like this to get them to whitelist GrapheneOS.

A European Honey Buzzard Bird was fitted with a satellite tracking system. She started her flight in Reitz, Free State, South Africa on 20th April 2020 to reach Finland on the 2nd of June.

Here is an image showing the data
tracker which plots out the route that she took to head north.

In just 42 days, she covered over
10,000 km at an average of more than 230 km every single day.

She took a straight flight line north except for when she had to fly over water.

Apparently she turned right at the source of the Nile and followed it, but after that deviation she returned to the same longitudinal line she started.

Extraordinary.

“Hi, my name is Timothy Ferriss, and I’m a Guest Lecturer at Princeton University twice a year…”

Before @tferriss was “Tim,” a slightly nervous “Timothy” asked Charlie & Warren in 08 to advise a newly successful 30-yr old, non-investment professional how best to invest.

[Matt @Mattw3b]

@foxglobalinvest You are right, they are circular now. But stables are good for exchange and real world. In fact government are trying to replicate them (cbdc).

[Matt @Mattw3b]

@foxglobalinvest Crypto are only traded against stables (usdt/usdc/busd) to avoid the fiat system (banks..)

[Matt @Mattw3b]

@foxglobalinvest Should be a crypto to allow trading on the exchange.

I took a photo of something 2.5 MILLION light years away: The Andromeda galaxy. This was done by combining over 30 hours of exposures captured over a couple weeks. This was done entirely from my backyard using a telescope that is shorter than the keyboard I'm typing this on.

@agnostoxxx Great chef 👍

Drinking 2-3 cups of coffee a day was linked with a longer lifespan and lower risk of cardiovascular disease compared with avoiding coffee.

• 27% lower all-cause mortality - ground coffee
• 11% lower all-cause mortality - instant
• 14% lower all-cause mortality - decaf
