I just think it’s very unprofessional to reward people who “brave” getting the shot and punish the people who choose not to do so, even though it’s their choice.

@RachelleFriedm2 @EvanHeadrick We have flu vaccines but still have people that get sick from the flu because the virus mutates and figures out a way to still infect people regardless of a vaccine. COVID will never be eradicated because of its ability to mutate so rapidly.

Companies should have rules to follow yes but decisions about your health shouldn’t be praised nor looked down on because of your own choice on healthcare issues.

If they’re basing it on vaccines, then, if someone gets a flu shot, they should get a bonus as well. A bonus shouldn’t be based solely on a status of a vaccine.
