@motorpoint I will not be using their service in the future and will not be recommending them to friends and family. Maybe someone from motorpoint can get in touch with me to try and resolve this issue

@motorpoint I have pointed out that I already pay £220 a month on finance and now I'm having to fork out another £1000 for a new gear box. This is unacceptable and I am not seeking legal advice as I feel that I have been sold a car which is not in line with motorpoints values

@motorpoint the service was unacceptable overall and considering I am a customer and this is my second car I feel I have not been treated well at all and it's been made out that this is my fault and it's what I should expect when I have a car

@motorpoint and I've been into the Oldbury branch where I got the car from and they have told me that they cannot help me at all despite my warranty running out just a week before. They did not budge and actually told me that my payments would go up on a new car

@motorpoint I got a car from motorpoint oldbury in December 2021. It is a 69 plate so it's not even 4 years old and I haven't had the car for 2 years and within 12 months I'd had to pay out £1000 on new breaks and 3 new tyres. I've now been told that my gear box is on the way out
