Are they really putting 100% of the responsibility to gain consent on the user?
Doesn't that feel like it's almost never going to happen resulting in some kind of blow up eventually?

@RyeMcKenzie Best approach to start IMO is:
1- take a product or collection of products - make sure you have all products included that are similar. If you isolate a single product and there are other substitutes available, people will swap that in and it will throw off your data
