Erikas, I will just note here - i'm fully with your campaign against bad behavior in the space, and am friendly with many of our competitors - Irkali is the most blatant rip off artist we've dealth with. He has taken a half dozen calls with my team under the guise of being a customer, logged in from a 10+ account, ripped off the ux, etc.

now that my cofounder is running some tests himself, he's feeling that emotional roller coaster... got a slack at 11pm that he was going to end his test after 4 hours

I almost killed our first agentic-optimization test twice last week.
Once at 18 hours in, 0 upsells. Instinct said pull it.
Once at 9 hours into back-to-back meetings, never got to the kill button.
Came back. It was leveling out.
Best thing I did for this test was not have time to break it
We actually tried this once and people would screenshot around it lol
And the sharability does matter for us tbh, it kind of happened accidentally at first but it helps with the visual brand
The change we made like 6 months ago or so is we added the 90% confidence range right below the headline number - so like it may say 8% lift but then the range beneath in gray says -22% - 42%
If itโs super wide, you know the test needs to run longer
That said have seen some folks still edit it ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
