@VirginAustralia Hi, the third party is no help at all. I’ve now been sent an email about a schedule change - the flight is going to Brisbane first then Sydney for a 5h flight duration! Our original flight was already changed and I paid extra to go back to 6am. We just want a refund pls help us!

@VirginAustralia Thanks. Have contacted third party and they advised due to the conditions they/the airline will not refund. This seems ludicrous given it’s not our choice- there’s an out break and borders closed. Can u please escalate to manager? We need a solution.
