Billie CAN act, y'all are just bitter and can't accept it
I don't think people realize that asking for autistic people to know how to emotionally regulate, mask their symptoms and even supress their meltdowns, it's asking for them to accommodate for you.
If we work with accomodations we're burdens.
If we work without accomodations our symptoms are written off as 'inappropriate'/'dangerous' and we get written up or fired for things 100% avoidable.
I don't wanna hear anyone complain about autistic people who don't work ever again
You quite literally cannot "self improvement" your way out of fluorescent lights, layered sounds, and bad textures causing constant physical pain within your nervous system that becomes impossible to ignore for the convenience of others under increased emotional regulation load.
Non-autistic people are yelling about how distressing it is to witness an autistic person having a public meltdown without taking a single moment to consider how distressing it is to be an autistic person who is having a public meltdown.

whenever i’m sleep deprived, i become incredibly emotionally dysregulated that just the sight of my wonderfully amazing, loving and beautiful fiancée brings me to tears because i’m so in love with her
