All kids want an offer. Not all want 6am workouts, classes from 8am - 2pm, practice from 2:15pm - 4:30/5pm, mandatory study hall 2+ nights a week. It’s much more than just playing games. #ADayInTheLife
Comparison is the thief of all joy. Let your practice be a time to free your mind and test your limits. If you are preoccupied with looking at what your teammates are doing and how much praise coaches give them, you’ll always be disappointed and have mediocre improvement.

The biggest conversation I have with my young athletes is their ability to give themselves a compliment. Somehow it became “uncool” for young ladies to say what they are good at. Hold your head high and be proud of your abilities!
