Doesn’t seem like you care about the healthcare industry when you offer a single effort to credit or switch flights.

@FlySwoop The only flight options we have are to leave the Monday and miss her shift and have to pay for a hotel and car for an extra day. Or leave the Sunday from a different airport (Hamilton) and pay $250 dollars more than what we originally paid. Doesn’t feel like you care..

But I’d like to turn the blame on the key mistakes in the draft onto an ownership group that is too involved and too pushy to get fans in the seats ‘now’ by drafting a hometown boy to make money rather than drafting someone who’s name is not Virtanen.
