Ordered a jumper on the 12th November with express shipping. Took 3 weeks to be delivered. Ok fine, whatever. The jumper was too big so I returned it. 5 weeks since returning and still haven’t received a refund or store credit! Emailed them and no reply.

@whitefoxoffish Called them on [phone] and the receptionist told me that she couldn’t help me and to email customer service. Told her that I had. On their website it says each time you email them your request goes to the back of the line! So now have requested a refund through PayPal.

@jpburton Apparently it’s legal and if you don’t have a booking, a driver can negotiate a price and have you off meter. Also allowed to refuse to take you places. They deregulated the industry and changed the legislation in 2017. 🤯
