Nicky Campbell is a fine journalist and presenter; I believe he's also a Media City neighbour of mine (someone I'd love to meet). Powerful clip here. @NickyAACampbell. Despite my own issues at the moment, things within our control are essential to pursue.

Our first flight in three years. Absolute chaos at Heathrow airport but no problem whatsoever with all my medication in hand luggage. I didn't think this trip would ever happen... whatever lies in store for me, I am having a memorable 4-week return to my second home: Viet Nam! 🤗
@GwynneMP @OnlyJohnGwynne So sad to hear this news. A wonderful commentator and orator who made me fall in love with darts (!) - his wit and good grace in his journey has also encouraged me during my own challenging cancer journey. RIP John - missed by so many.
@GwynneMP @GwynneCllr@OnlyJohnGwynne "I haven't seen this many legs since my son brought home a centipede in a jar"!! I have also been keeping tabs and thinking about his courageous fight as my life, too, is threatened by stage 4 cancer. Your dad is in my thoughts, Andrew. ❤
@GwynneMP @GwynneCllr I'm a huge fan of you both, but when my parents first got Sky in the mid-90s, I was a teenager and fell on love with Darts and most of that was because of your dad, @OnlyJohnGwynne. My favourite lines was one that he screamed at the top of his voice in in MatchPlay: 1/2
Andrew Marr!! I've always respected him and thought he had more freedom to really hold politicians to account! He let JRM get away with 'murder' just now on LBC over Chris Pincher and the sordid issues! So soft! I longed for @mrjamesob to utterly roast JRM...
@kate_rackham@bbc5live @paigelockwellxx Thanks for the link. I will listen later (after my scan!). Naga was broadcasting from the Christie's this morning, too... very much looking forward to listening to this
@TVNaga01@bbc5live An excellent job by you, @TVNaga01, today. Thank you to 5 Live for excellent coverage this morning. As a 40 year old teacher with stage 4 bowel cancer, I appreciate the work done by Deborah during her incredible life. Thank you for asking the right qs today.
@BBCAlagiah@bowelbabe Such mixed emotions for us stage 4 'journeymakers' tonight, George. Intense sadness, maybe a touch of anger, but overwhelming pride. Pride that this marvellous lady has saved, will continue to save, lives. Thank you for your incredible example too, @BBCAlagiah. Sleep well, Deborah
Tonight, I reflect. Deborah James: a wonderful human being. She saved, and will continue to save, lives. Bowel cancer isn't as taboo as it once was and we should thank Deborah for her amazing work. I wonder where my own journey will go next but tonight I remember her inspiration.
Perhaps I shouldn't aim fire at KB. Having a vent to myself (!!). I'm exasperated by this wretched PM not being held to account... yet again on QT, people (including FB) referring to the familial (almost cuddly) Boris..! We deserve better or maybe we get the leaders we deserve?!
Katharine Birbalsingh - SkyNews on why Boris Johnson isn't a good role model for children. V. disappointed by a superficial analysis. Should have referred to lack of honesty, integrity. Yes-she's 'busy' but surely our school leaders should be more informed of political discourse!
