2013 @HesterCreek #Judge this evening. Phenomenal! Decanted 2hrs, subtle tannin, herbal notes throughout, soft finish, vanilla/oak (almost cedar) in the middle. Glad we have another bottle in reserve.

2011 Dean’s List Meritage from ⁦@niagaracollege⁩ teaching #winery Fantastic! Notes of fig and prune, soft tannin, elegant and smooth. Probably a hair past it’s prime but still held up very well. Decanted and served with braised beef #niagara #VQA
