Lifestyle marketing is a trap, don’t fall for it.

There was a time I posted my income, my spending, my monthly earnings. It didn’t come from a bad place, but it did me a disservice.

First, it’s rookie marketing. When you don’t know how to sell your product, you default to lifestyle.

Second, you attract people chasing quick money cause of your lifestyle.

Third, it warps your priorities. You start thinking about upgrading your lifestyle so you can show off more. Instead of how to up your value.

Fourth, people start rooting for your downfall (lowkey) 😂.

I got tired of it and stopped. Instead, I’d bank on my product, my value, and my substance.

I started sharing business concepts from my MBA and I’ve attracted better people ngl.

If you’re gonna buy from me, do it cause you see value not cause you see lifestyle 🙏

@ldwllms I would. The safety of my child is more important to me than the exam, especially in a country where anyhowness is now the order of the day. In my time I never wrote any exam passed 5pm/6pm. What is different now? Esp with the current state of the nation
