DE- GAZETTING & REGAZETTING THE CRIMINALLY DOCTORED TAX ACT 2025:

SHAME ON THE RUBBER STAMP NATIONAL ASSEMBLY.

1. After all the leg dragging and knee jacking, the National assembly has admitted without shame that the 2025 tax law they passed and was signed into law, was deliberately diluted and tempered with at the point of gazetting.

2. The National Assembly's directive to its two clerks to re-gazett the said criminally doctored Tax act 2025 further confirms that after all the public outcry was not unfounded and that an official criminal act was committed.

3. Instead of identifying the criminals involved in the Tax act FRAUD and deception and even go ahead to initiate an impeachment proceedings against Tinubu, the national assembly BETRAYED the larger Nigeria society by looking away from the criminals involved and taking the path of SHAME & DISHONOR thereby directing the crime to be rewinded.

4. No country will ever grow, nor have peace and tranquility when it's legislators transformed serially into a club and bunch of COWARDS and betrayers each time the executive willingly trample on the laws of the land, breach them at will and send " PRAYERS" to their Mail boxes as "BREACH PALLIATIVES..

5. Operating three appropriation laws at the same time, 2023/ 2024 and 2025 by Tinubu, which he openly admitted while submitting the 2026 budget proposal is a very clear case that exposes the spinelessness of the National Assembly members.

6. Awarding N15 Trillion lagos- Calabar coastal highway contract to a company where his son is a director, without budgetary provisions and in breach of all procurement laws says so much on the level of disregard and contempt Tinubu has for the National Assembly and Nigerians.

7. By the last count Tinubu has committed tens of constitutional breaches qualifying for impeachment but our DOCILE national Assembly members would rather pretend all of them away for the pittances and out of greed and cowardice..

8. The bad news for our SOCALLED national members is that conniving with the executive to subvert, undermine and compromise the laws of the land is another VERY SURE way that what they deserve from heaven is damnation, condemnation and heavenly destruction and mutilation for betrayal and collective crimes against traumatized citizens.
