This morning we met a cardiac arrest survivor who has made a full recovery. It was so lovely to catch up, answer some questions and see how she has been getting on. Good bystander CPR is so so important in achieving a positive outcome (shared with patient’s permission)

@susiu @NWAmb_RichM Numerous similarities and differences- this discussion could be lengthy, in the context of this training, MTS by paramedics pre-hospital rather than once in A+E can open up alternative, more appropriate options other than conveyance, saving A+E resources for those who need them

Really #proud of our staff who are embracing change to benefit patients! Utilising @Bridgewater_NHS community multi-disciplinary team has resulted in 247 less patients being taken to @WWLNHS during Aug 18 than Aug 17. A fantastic result for patients!! 🏥🚑

Great working between NWAS, ICS, WWL, GP,s and Bedford care home . The teams should be extremely proud of themselves. This is truly the deal in action.
