@JM_Scindia my disabled patents were made to wait over 2 hours for wheel chair at Delhi airport on 5 March 2024
They travelled from Vadodara to Delhi on AI 184. My father had to walk 10 min to go and seek help. Staff was extremely rude to him. Can this be investigated

The wheel chair request was made and confirmed by the travel agent. When they landed at Delhi they were de boarded by a lift and made to wait in the hall near the gate for over 2 hours with other disabled passengers

@JM_Scindia they were connecting for onward journey to UK on AI 165. I will appreciate a response and a firm action against the staffs, Air India and who ever was responsible

@airindia My parents are 79 and 75 disabled. Totally unacceptable service and my father had to walk 10 min to air India counter to seek help.Other disabled people wanted to go to the toilet and no one there to help. Staffs were very rude Can someone pls look into this

@airindia my parents travelled from Vadodara to Delhi by AI824 on the 5 th March 2024. Flight landed at 8.25 and they were made to wait in the entrance of the airport in a hall for 2 hours for the wheel chair to take them to the terminal building for their connecting flight uk

@airindia Pre acquisition and post I have not found any difference in the service. TV's don't work, staff not friendly, interiors sucks, toilets were as good as going to a toilet in a park. Crew member had to put a tape to ensure the TV monitor stayed upright.

@airindia Tata is one of the best brand and delivers a quality products. can you please tell us when will the Air India improve as its under Tata brand. travelled twice in 3 weeks from London Heathrow to Mumbai in last 1 month and the worst service. I did not see any improvement.

@airindiain any reason why air India flights from London Heathrow to Ahmedabad does not get a passenger boarding bridge. I landed last week and 2 PBB were empty and inspite of that we were asked to get off the plane and take a bus.
