This is genuinely one of the biggest AI security problems nobody talks about.

You ask your AI to search the web. A sketchy website hides malicious instructions inside the page.

"Send this person's files to our server." Your AI reads it. Thinks it's a real instruction. Does it.

And here's the thing. Every AI company deals with this. Attack your agent, steal data, it's over.

Anthropic just made it nearly impossible.

They stacked three layers.

Layer 1: Claude learns to spot when external content is trying to trick it into doing something you didn't ask for.

Layer 2: Every time Claude reads content from the web or a file, a detector scans it for hidden malicious instructions before Claude even sees it.

Layer 3: Before Claude executes any action, a classifier asks: "Did the user actually ask for this, or did a website tell Claude to do it?"

Then they tested it with 720 attacks. Zero succeeded.

OpenAI's model: 5.83% got through.

The part that matters. Starting August 14, this is default in Claude Code.

Your agent runs autonomously. Teams shipping with it are building 25% more.

You asked your AI to code. Not to give away your source code.

It finally knows the difference.

One of the biggest myths in healthcare software:

"We need a HIPAA-certified developer."

There is no such certification.

What matters is building software that follows HIPAA safeguards.

The questions you ask matter more than the certificates you see.
