No, it won’t.
Too many people refuse to acknowledge the damage traditional Medicare has done to independent practice and access to care. The creation of health care deserts by diverting funds away from care to administrative functions and hospital systems.
Physician payments have fallen behind the cost of running a practice. Some doctors are already opting out.
Patients can already wait several months to see a specialist like a neurologist.
Expanding that model without fixing reimbursement puts more practices under the same financial pressure. You cannot keep making it harder to sustain the practices providing care and expect access to improve.
@BrianRoemmele It's as if my electronic wind instrument could stop me from playing along Miles Davis or John Coltrane solos while I'm (painfully) trying to learn from them.
Anthropic is insane and insufferably moralizing.
But we already knew that.
@signulll I enjoy driving. I drive for fun. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks while driving in nice scenery
The mental load of driving is similar to afk skilling in osrs, which I also enjoyed
@themaddierune I prefer hotels to airbnbs because they're in better locations and are less of a hassle to be in.
Seriously, what is the appeal of staying in a house or condo in the less convenient part of town?
