I have been seeing lots of great three.js projects here in X and got a itch to try some Image generation -> 3d modelling -> three.js stuff. I prompted some tree textures in ComfyUI with Krea-2, and after minimal touch up dropped the textures into Blender, and did a fast mock up tree. Then I prompted Grok to create simple tester scene for rendering the tree - I wanted to get a bare bones scene first, to study the code to learn basics of three.js. I haven done any actual modelling in ages, really relaxing enjoyable thing!
Making some gen ai video rendering and style tests. Image generation with Krea 2 Turbo, and then either using Qwen Image Edit to make start image, or trying the new LTX Reference model. With only 16 Gb Vram and ram - rendering locally on my machine - realistic styles are tough, good results are rare, so I'm testing heavily stylized source images.BTW that GoT theme - didn't prompt it, model threw it in by itself =D
This. If you have any serious interest in world building, gen ai programming, wibe coding, check this out. Full repo in github. Its a treasure trove. https://t.co/RtsfDFplQJ
@alightinastorm Ah, sorry I were too vague, I meant "mesh render" where you can see polygons & edges - usually in bright green - best way to see how efficient the 3d object is.
Nokia 3310 - I had one. Toughest phone in the world. While peeing, dropped it in into toilet, oops. It chiperd sadly, died. There is a lesson here. Somewhere.
